If you are for any reason not happy with your purchase, please do let me know as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days. All I ask is that you would cover the cost of the return carriage.
Collection in person is welcome but also do feel free to send your own courier or delivery service.
I can also arrange delivery by one of the regular couriers I use - items of furniture often can be delivered to the majority of mainland addresses for around £60, and smaller pieces for around £40.
I can also arrange packing and delivery through Royal Mail of small silver or postable items.
If you are unsure, would like some details on arranging a courier, or would like an exact quote for delivery - do get in touch and I will be happy to help.
Please contact me if you require postage or delivery overseas as I price this on a piece by piece basis depending on where in the World you are.
I accept PayPal, but prefer bank transfers and cheques due to the PayPal fees.
About me and my promise to you:
I have always had a passion for antiques and like many collectors I have spent every spare moment rummaging around antique shops, house sales and auctions.
Four years ago I decided to make my passion my full time profession and since then I have worked alongside a qualified antiques dealer who is the third generation of her family to be ‘in the trade’.
I want to earn repeat business from happy customers so am determined to keep my prices very low, to offer excellent value, and to send you really lovely items which are fairly and correctly described and fit for purpose.
I am not trying to make my fortune - just hoping to earn a small living wage and to stay working in the field I have chosen and love.
If I do not have the right piece in my stock for you, do please let me know if you what you are looking for and I will try to find it for you at a reasonable price and on a no obligation basis.
Any questions at all or if you would like to view my stock in Sussex, please do call me on 07407 633 233
