SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Timing and Method. We are usually able to send out purchased items within 3 working days of receiving payment.
For specialised, large or fragile items such as chandeliers, this can sometimes take longer, but we'll always liaise with you immediately after purchase concerning methods of delivery and timing. Smaller items will usually be parcelled and sent via Royal Mail Standard Service. Please inform us immediately upon purchase if you require Signed For, Tracked or Special Delivery in order that we can alter your invoice accordingly. Larger parcels will be sent via next day tracked courier service , in which case you will receive an email on the morning of the delivery advising you of the estimated time of arrival. Please follow the instructions in the email to change the date and/or time as necessary.
We are happy to combine Shipping Costs. Please request a combined postage invoice prior to making any payments. Occasionally it may not be possible to combine shipping and the discount we can give you will depend on a variety of factors. Again, we are happy to liaise with you on this.
Vinyl Records. We post all our Vinyl Records via Royal Mail using Record Mailers and Card Stiffeners. Please inform us immediately upon purchase if you have any special requirements such as posting with the vinyl outside the sleeve.
Collection Only Items - For certain items we prefer to state "collection only" as it is sometimes difficult to offer rates for large items of furniture for example as much depends on where in the Country the buyer wants the item delivered. We do have our own vans and we'll do all we can to both quote a competitive rate ourselves or to arrange transport at the most reasonable rates. We are expanding our courier network all the time - we are happy to listen to any recommendations and we'll try as hard as possible to give you the best service.
UK Shipping. We are happy to ship throughout the UK. We will post your item to the address provided with the payment unless otherwise instructed.
Please note Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands will sometimes incur a surcharge so if you require delivery to any of these regions please let us know prior to bidding if the cost is a factor of your proposed purchase or prior to payment of invoice if it isn't.
International Shipping. We are able to ship most items to most addresses throughout the world. Please contact us prior to bidding for a quote on cost.
The payment methods we accept are PayPal, Postal Orders, Cheques and Direct Bank Transfers. International payments are best made via PayPal or Bank Transfer and should you have any queries on the best method of payment for your item, please do contact us and we will be pleased to help you. Your item will only be shipped once cleared funds have been received. Please also note that due to the costs involved, we may not be able to accept PayPal on items valued at over £1,000 so please check with us before bidding if you are in any way unsure.
We would ask that payment be made within three days of the auction close unless otherwise agreed with us prior to bidding. We are reluctant to ever open unpaid disputes or to leave negative feedback, but we will open a case if no payment has been received and our payment reminders go unanswered. We file non-paying bidder disputes automatically with eBay to recover our costs so it is imperative you contact us should you have any problems meeting our payment terms.
Additionally, all our items can be collected from our Showroom address - all we ask is that you give us notice so that we can have your item ready for you.

Once you have received your item, should you be anything less than completely satisfied, we would invite you to contact us immediately through the eBay message system, which if you require assistance to find we will help you access, or to telephone us directly. If your item is in any way faulty or if we have made an error with the description, we will refund immediately once the item has been safely received back from you to include postage. If the item is unwanted or ordered by mistake then you, the customer, will be responsible for all postage costs, both ours to you and the return postage to us.
We will always leave feedback for our customers and we would ask that you kindly do the same for us. The eBay Star Rating System is important to us and if you feel we have in any way been less than perfect on any of the points you are asked to grade us on then please, we would invite you to contact us before leaving your feedback in order that we might have the opportunity to both understand your issue and to rectify it.
